**This product is for Integra TYPE-R 98 Spec / DC2. 

**However, it can also be used for DC2R / 96Spec and EK9R by rearranging some genuine parts. 

**Here are the replacement parts for diversion installation.

**Ring gear and counter shaft can be combined with our original final gear set, but in that case, please use DC2 for 98 spec.

1. Gear teeth are made larger than usual to support high power for better performance, and the shear strength of each tooth is greatly improved. 

2. As a result of mounting it on TOP FUEL 600PS over CR-X and repeating actual battle tests in drag racing (using drag slick tires), the CR-X was able to run without any problems. 

3. The gear ratio that can be used not only for 0-400 but also for the circuit is 0.5 seconds at 0-400 compared to normal in the test (central circuit) conducted in magazine option 2, and how at the circuit. 

4. The result was as fast as 4 seconds. In other magazines and publications, this cross mission is highly evaluated not only in high power tuning machines but also in streets and winding.

1. Sports clutch disc and lightweight flywheel are designed and manufactured for the purpose of improving clutch response and corresponding output improvement.

2. The resonance sound "Rattling sound" generated from the transmission and the bearing compared with the genuine Nissan product is easy produced but without any quality issue. 

3. The clutch cover and the clutch disc can not demonstrate their original performance unless they are properly combined. Make sure to use clutch disc and clutch cover made by NISMO as a set.

4. It is not necessary to process the flywheel or the transmission.

5. Please make sure that the transmission and flywheel etc. of the vehicle to be installed are not processed or modified. (It may not be suitable for vehicles that have been processed or changed.)

6. Bearings and sleeves etc. can be used as they are, except when there is a note, but we recommend that you replace them with new ones.

7. When exchanging the clutch release fork release pivot Operating cylinder Pilot bush etc etc.

8. Please be sure to check for wear and breakage etc. Also in the case of a car with a large mileage, please change in advance.

9. Clutch disc clutch cover If the friction surface of the flywheel is scratched, worn out, thermal deformation or the like, replace it with a new one.

10. The enhanced clutch increases the clutch pedal effort compared to standard products and requires accustoming to clutch meet.

11. For Ceramic Metal type clutch discs, metallic sounds and judder beat sounds may appear.

12. The reinforced clutch has an increased crimping force and pedal effort on the cover, so the clutch pedal bracket release fork etc. may bend depending on how it is used, or the life of the operating cylinder may be shortened.

13. Because the torque transmission capacity of the reinforced clutch is up, the transmission and the differential may be damaged or the life may be shortened depending on usage.

14. After installation, be sure to check and adjust the treading margin of the clutch pedal and the break connection according to the maintenance instructions.

 Install notes

• Remove caliper and rotor.
• Remove factory e-brake shoes, mechanisms, and cables. May be necessary to cut cables and punch it out of the trailing arm from the backside.
• Unbolt the dust shield and cut it, so you are able to bend it around the hub and remove it from the vehicle.
• Clean the trailing arm to remove rust and uneven surfaces.
• Bolt up the billet bracket to the trailing arm, using blue Loctite on the ARP hardware.
• Install the 10mm allen head screw into the bracket from the backside of the trailing arm, through the factory e-brake cable hole.
• Install brake rotor
• Reinstall primary caliper in factory location, and install secondary caliper to the bracket.
