1. This is Anderson Composites 2018 DODGE CHALLENGER DEMON TYPE-OE CARBON FIBER HOOD.

2. Functional air scoop works with Demon "Air-Grabber" intake system.

3. Vacuum infused process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, gloss marine grade gel-coat finish.

4. Carbon fiber hood (A side) bonded to fiberglass "skeleton" (B side).

5. Hoods are hand crafted and weigh approximately 27.5 lbs. (stock hood weighs 30 lbs).

6. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves are inevitable due to the size and shape of the hood scoop.

7. All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins - AeroCatch or Quic-Latch.

Forge Motorsports BMW M3/ M4 Chargecooler FMCC1

Fitment: BMW M3 F80 4Dr saloon 2014-2018 (S55) BMW M4 F82/F83 2Dr Coupe/ Convertible 2014-2020 (S55)

1. This Chargecooler from Forge Motorsports will overcome all issues related to plastic end tank splitting, failure at high boost and leaks between the core for BMW M3/ M4.

2. Featuring an all aluminium construction and was fabricated using high precision laser cut sheet metal panels. TIG welded by hand for maximum strength and durability. 

3. Gives over 71% increase in volume and over 42% increase of frontal area. Lower inlet temperature during Dyno runs during hit climate with a significant 20BHP power increase.

4. Designed and manufactured at Forge Motorsport HQ in Gloucestershire, England, using Solidworks CAD design system to assist in the creation, modification, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis and optimization of this innovative charge cooler. 

5. Three different core constructions were evaluated during the development process. The final design of a bar and plate core far outperformed the other two alternatives. 

6. Forge Motorsport development engineers have made a quadruple pass design, allowing the water to flow through four passes of the cooler which improves the cooling efficiency beyond any other products currently on the market.

7. Unique to the market, the Forge BMW M3/M4 S55 Chargecooler system uses an expansion tank rather than a header tank like the OEM system. 

8. There is a filler cap located at the highest point on the Chargecooler allowing you to be sure that the charge is 100% full of coolant with no air pockets. 

9. This had maximized the efficiency of the heat rejection of the coolant within the Chargecooler water jacket. 

10. As part of Forge Motorsports strict quality control process, each chargecooler unit is carefully inspected and pressure tested to 4 BAR before despatch. 

11. Located on the outlet tank of the chargecooler there is also a 1/8 NPT port ready for water/methanol injection if required. 

12.bThe existing OEM Chargecooler rubber mounts are used for this expansion tank and Chargecooler, isolating the system from the harsh vibrations of the engine. 

13. No trimming or cutting of the vehicle is required and all parts can be returned to standard if necessary.

SPECIFICATIONS

• The camshaft design software developed for the locker arm enabled to design high speed valve that is hardly made by other manufacturers. 
• To realize the design by this software, grinding by custom-made small-diameter grindstone was performed to create highly accurate concave camshaft.
• To avoid a power loss by a direct ignition fuel pump, small cam lobe design was adopted from the Applied E model.
• The lift was increased to the limit of the valve spring while considering surging.
• The designated valve timing is equivalent to the stock since the variable valve timing unit's operation angle still has some spare angle.
• Due to the valve opening/closing speed increase and duration enlargement, using the camshaft variable angle maximally may cause insufficient VP (clearance between the valve and piston) resulting in unnecessary contact of the valve and piston. 
• To avoid this unnecessary contact, use HKS Capacity Upgrade Kit which piston recess shape matches 

**PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

• This product must be used with HKS Capacity Upgrade Kit (P/N 21004-AT002 or 21004-AT003) to maintain sufficient VP.
• Setting for fuel, ignition, and valve timing must be performed using Flash Editor and/or F-CON V Pro, or similar devices.
