Artec Nissan KA24DE V-Band Exhaust Manifold


1. The KA24 is blessed with its high compression, larger capacity and excellence flowing head. 

2.  Having a right modification involving horsepower improvement on the KA24 is exhilarating. 

3. Artec had spent time to optimize the transitions from the OEM square port to the 36mm ID runners. This is up from the 33mm runners on the SR20 and Evo designs.

4. This transition is valid due to the increased compression commonly seen on KA24 builds and the OE specs, as well as the 20% larger capacity per cylinder.

5. Some of the design features include correct design for LHD cars with proper clearance for a brake booster and the master cylinder lines. Also for the Hicas pump running off the power steering pump. 

6. The wastegate was placed in a right position for easy pipework and venting. 

7. The KA24 manifold utilize Artec unique V-Band system that will accept all 50-55mm V-band turbos and is designed to run standard rotation direction.

8. It was indeed an easy fitment of smaller precision turbo units or Garrett motion G25's all the way up to a PTE 6870 or G35-1050.

9. The wastegate size suits any of the common 44/45/46mm wastegates from companies like Turbosmart, Gofastbits Tialsport and others that share that same footprint.
