1. BuddyClub Spec II Camshafts for EVO 9 4G63 with 264 Intake, 272 Exhaust, great for horsepower improvement.
2. These camshafts are designed for stage 2 specifications.
3. Require extra internal engine modifications such as valve springs, valves, and etc.
4. Tuning is highly recommended and will ensure proper engine management for the higher lifts and longer durations. Will have slightly lopey idle.
5. Every camshaft is carefully built through specific production processes.
6. Strict inspection will be given and only the highest quality products will be shipped out.
7. The surface of camshaft was coated with manganese phosphate to protect from damage even when the camshaft has not lubricated yet.
8. Coating was done by steeping press process that produces 0.5mm to 15 micromillimeter thin of manganese phosphate coating on its surfac. This is to prevent from direct contact with other metal parts whilst maintaining smooth operation.
9. Wavy grooves are carved onto the cam profile surface by oscillation during cam grinding process.
10. Oil pool that is formed on the cam profile surface reduces a friction loss and prevents locking.
11. Utilize the super high precision high speed grinding. Peripheral speed 80 m/s 4400rpm.
12. The combination of a ultra high-speed main bearing and diamond grindstone is controlled by the newest 32-bit computer.
13. High precision grinding is realized though in 1/3 period of time.
