Modern engine setups require high efficiency turbos with higher boost levels to serve a high performance high horsepower Scion FRS Subaru BRZ.

New analysis and production methods allow for new billet impeller designs which generate high boost levels at low speeds without surging. Previously this was not possible with cast designs.
 
2. Bespoke housings designed and machined by HKS
 
Internal flow losses in the exhaust scroll have been reduced for improved efficiency, matched with improved compressor diffuser design to increase the margin for surging. Housings are machined by HKS for high reliability and durability.

The combination of the best designed impeller and optimum housing can be felt when installed to the car. A wide efficiency range means matching the turbo to engine is now easier.

What is Dry Carbon Fiber?

Dry carbon fiber is formed by using a pre-preg or impregnated piece of carbon materials. 

This piece of carbon is first placed into a mold, and then into a sealed vacuum to properly cure. 

This particular method creates the least amount of waste and forms a lighter version of carbon than the "wet" method. 

The vacuuming process of making dry carbon means that there are fewer pinholes and almost no air pockets that form in the carbon. 

Dry carbon is the highest quality version of carbon fiber products that are produced. However, it is 3 to 4 times more expensive to produce than its counterpart.

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new competition core (Tube Fin) with the dimensions:

670 mm x 183.4 mm x 125 mm (15.4 liters)/ 26.38Inch x 7.22Inch x 4.92Inch (939,76Inch³).

Specifically developed for the requirements of the Honda Civic Type R FK8. 

This high-performance core offers 91 % larger frontal surface and 140 % more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for an ideal internal airflow). 

An incorporated air baffle inside the intercooler inlet will ensure a uniform filling of the intercooler resulted in an excellent cooling property with a minimal back pressure.

Requires more than 1500 hours of design, development, machining and testing. CSF, along with partners VF Engineering (USA) and Custom Plenum Creations (Australia) had built this state-of-the-art CNC machined Charged-Air Cooler Manifold to life.

This Charged-Air Cooler Manifold from CSF had solved what has been commonly known as a weak link of an otherwise impressive B58 new engine platform.

It was built with a larger and more efficient water-to-air intercooler performance, lower pressure drop across the system included fuel rail, kit for top feed port injection and several other industry-leading features.

This CSF Super Charged-Air Cooler Manifold will allow B58 owners to maximize the performance of their vehicles and push the limits further from this new B58 platform.

The newer 2nd gen B58 engine found in the Mk5 Supra been proven to be an incredible platform for performance enthusiasts around the globe.

They are pushing through the 1000WHP mark on their B58 powered vehicles with this superb CSF manifold.

The OEM water-cooled charge air cooler intake manifold for the B58 engine is adequate in cars with little or no modifications, however its weakness was noticed in cars with bolt-on mods, turbo upgrades, increased fueling (such as port injection) and performance tuning. 

The OEM intercooler system has also been known to suffer from heat soak in demanding racing conditions such as time attack, endurance racing, drag racing, drifting and even spirited street driving. 

This can cause the car to pull timing out of the engine due to high intake air temperatures (IATs). It can also cause "limp mode" once temperatures reach a certain threshold, as the vehicle’s ECU attempts to protect the engine.

The CSF #8200B comes in a Thermal Black Heat Dispersion finish. Also available in raw billet aluminum (CSF #8200) & in custom colors/finishes (CSF #8200C).

VTT has you covered with 100% new casting  “GC” turbocharger upgrade. 

This is not your basic TD04 CHRA. VTT had completely changed the bearing structure to an 8mm turbine shaft and journal bearing. This makes it larger than anything in the TD04 MHI family, this is truly a custom unit. 

VTT also increased the thrust assembly dramatically to deal with the increased thrust loads. 

With the basics covered, VTT stepped it up a level by adding proprietary changes to the housings, A/R Ratios and finished off by having all these parts cast to OE quality.

Toyota GR Supra has a launch control to allow an excellent start. The stock suspension is set to assure traction in front and rear for multiple situation. 

However, the MAX IV SP DRAG is specifically designed to provide traction on the rear tire and firmly maintain that traction.   
Bump rubber is attached to the rear shock in order to cope with the higher power and higher grip expected in the future as it has effect on another spring.

The special billet aluminum upper plate at rear shock was made lightweight and the straight wound spring was used at both front and rear that allow for easy spring rates change.
