aFe Twisted Steel Headers 03-06 Nissan 350Z /Infiniti G35 afe48-36103 are a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling to provide a hassle-free installation. Designed as an excellence 3-to-1 formed collectors.
Formed Collectors advantages:
The 3-to-1 formed collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.
On top of that, the heavy duty flanges were introduced to improve the design. The 1-5/8" thick one-piece flanges are used to prevent warpage to ensure a leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle.
Optimized Tube Lengths:
Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance. The aFe headers and exhaust are engineered and manufactured in Corona, California manufacturing facility.
