In order to get the best performance, engine power, efficiency, this exclusive exhaust manifold design takes into consideration not only the 

1. Consideration on special characteristics of VTEC B18B-R with 1600cc engine plus an extensive bench testing program are two important elements to mould this exceptional 4-2-1 exhaust manifold.

2. TODA RACING had done great jobs to increase B16B Type R engine power, performance and exclusivity with this remarkable 4-2-1 exhaust manifold. 

3. When building a B16B (1600cc) to 1800cc specifications TODA RACING recommend the TODA B18C-R 96 spec header.

4. The 4-2-1 type now available as Ver.2 strengthened with simpler design. 

5. The reinforcement plates are added to each racing junction and a head plate to each pipe exit.

6. A bench test (Equal length 4-2-1 + Taper) design
Ø45mm → Ø48mm → Ø55mm → Taper → Ø60mm

7. Taper design is adopted from feedback from both racing and the bench testing for racing high flow junctions design.

8. Each section of the manifold has optimized pipe lengths, diameters and angles as well as high flow junctions.

9. Made of light weight stainless steel for both durability and looks.

10. Flanges are manufactured by high precision machining center.

11. The standard catalyst can be installed together with this 4-2-1 TODA RACING for B16B Type R.

13. Ver.2 = TODA DC2 (B18C-R) 96 spec Exhaust manifold and TODA EK9 (B16B-R). Exhaust manifold flange, rear flange and bolt positions are the same.
