1. Manley Honda (K20A K20Z) 16pc Valve Springs were specifically engineered for a high performance K20A K20Z engines.

2. An extremely strong spring will hold the valves that are fitted in the port at the cylinder head. 

3. These springs will keep them closed. Each valve within the cylinder head has at least one spring. 

3. These valve springs will exert stress against the valves retainer to maintain the valves closed.

4. Manley valve springs are wound from super clean alloy. 

5. Each design minimizes stress to ensure long service life with high lift camshafts. 

6. High lift camshaft will create more opening of valves inside the cylinders.

7. More opening will incite more air and fuel for a more rapid combustion to happen.

8. Theoretically, more combustion happen will give more power.

9. Therefore an outstanding strong and reliable springs are crucial to maintain this abusive repetitive process to happen effectively.

Since the launch of CIVIC TYPE R FK8, SPOON is focusing on the K20C turbo engine potential. 

The ECU analysis has been done and settings changed multiple times with the goal to further improve engine performance. 

Just optimizing the ECU settings, while of course ensuring the safety margin for boost, ignition timing and fuel adjustment, it has improved the output by about 40ps compared to stock. 

The further need to improve the middle to low speed range torque and high-speed output has led SPOON to develope this high-capacity turbocharger. 

This turbocharger is using the latest highly efficient MHI turbo that supplies genuine FK8 one. 

The latest CFD analysis technology helped optimizing the compressor shape and turbine blades. 

Along with the increased diameter it resulted in higher output without sacrificing the medium to low-speed torque. 

Additionally, the same housing with the genuine turbine allows you to make the replacement easy and fast (bolt-on). 

The shape of the compressor and the number of blades have been optimized for high flow rate and high boost achieved by increasing the genuine 58Φ diameter to 65Φ. 

The blade shape and the number of turbine wheels have also been enhanced and diameter modified from 47Φ to 52Φ. 

The suppressed moment of inertia and increased capacity had reduced exhaust pressure and improved the response significantly.

1. The rear of the FD2 has a separate spring and damper but in harmonic drive, the spring can be expanded and contracted straight with SEEKER Swinging Spring Bracket.

2. SEEKER Swinging Spring Bracket Is most sought due to the positional relationship between the spring upper and lower that is greatly displaced during stroke. 

3. Since it is best to expand and contract the spring straight, SEEKER have provided a mechanism to freely swing the bracket side. 

4. By simplifying the structure, SEEKER have reduced cost but with high durability and succeeded in suppressing the height as much as possible. 

5. Among the advantages of improving the transient characteristics when the spring expands and contracts are better turns with rear tires, better steer and improved performance and riding comfort.

6. The vehicle height will increase by about 10 mm compared to the use with genuine rubber, the spring adjuster side of the upper will decrease by 10 mm. It is necessary to adjust.

The APR DTR8868 is a direct turbocharger replacement for the 3.0T EA839 engine found on the 2018+ Audi S4, S5 and SQ5. 

This upgrade includes matching software for various vehicles, mods and provides up to 620 HP (571 AWHP) and 622 FT-LBS (572 AWTQ) of torque all while keeping emissions components unmodified. 

The software supports premium pump fuel grades, race fuel grades and even ethanol all without any fueling upgrades. 

Additional HPFP software is available for max output on ethanol and increased protection headroom on pump fuel. For a dedicated race cars the turbocharger is designed with headroom to go even further on your own.

This is a brand new turbo designed and developed by APR from the ground up. It does not require a core and there is no additional downtime associated with other upgrade styles.

The turbo bolts to the factory location and connects to factory or upgraded components. 

APR had upgraded the CHRA to feature German dual ceramic ball-bearings for smooth and reliable operation with better transient response.

The compressor cover was upgraded with an appropriate A/R matched to our larger billet aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum 88mm compressor wheel. 

From the ground-up design, the turbine housing is casted with 310 stainless steel design to take on the heat abuse during high performance driving.

The turbine A/R is matched to APR new nickel-based superalloy K418 54mm turbine wheel. 

The system will see low exhaust gas temperature, low exhaust back pressure, low turbo discharge temperature and low shaft speeds.

Each rotating group is VSR balanced for reliable operation.
