SPOON N1 MUFFLER KIT FOR HONDA CIVIC FL L15C 18000-FL1-000

1. SPOON started the development of the 11th generation CIVIC muffler with the main focus to improve power with better sound and obtain JQR certification.

2. Zooming on requirement of the muffler to secure sufficient exhaust flow rate by increase the diameter, reduce bending and reduce resistance. 

3. High sound deadening performance can be obtained by installing multiple silencers or reducing the diameter to increase exhaust resistance and reduce sound energy. 

4. Conflicting demands of improving output but getting deadening sound performance require thorough examination on few parameters.

5. The pipe diameter, silencer shape and arrangement on the desk are carried out with a flow bench, tested with many prototypes and finalized.

6. For the tail part, two SPOON SPORTS classic "N1 silencers" are released as usual. 
A bumper garnish is included so that the muffler fits naturally into the car body. 

Front pipe: stainless steel, φ60.5. 
Main pipe: stainless steel, φ60.5, after the split φ50.6. 
Silencer: stainless steel, φ65.0, dual exhaust.

Common to M/ T and CVT vehicles. 
JQR certification has been obtained. Conforms to security standards. 
Proximity exhaust noise: 89db 
Acceleration running noise: 76db
