This is a turbo exhaust manifold designed by BLOX Racing for Honda B-Series engines that lets you run a turbocharger (with a bottom-mount layout) while keeping the air conditioning system installed. 

It’s a ram-horn style, which helps with quicker turbo spool and improved response compared to some top-mount designs.

Forge Motorsport had released the most sought "twintercooler" for the VW Golf Mk6 2 litre. 

This intercooler is based on Forge Motorsport proven design which adds greater efficiency throughout the entire RPM band beyond that of a single intercooler setup. 

Forge Motorsport had achieved this by using the latest core technology with high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures. 

This is a bolt-on kit that retains the use of the OEM intercooler to produce both horsepower AND torque, but more importantly, a HUGE reduction in inlet temperatures and increased flow efficiency.

A stunning reduction in temperatures of up to 19°C at 6500 RPM.  This kit includes all the necessary silicone hoses, clamps and mounting brackets required.

This is the world first Twintercooler technology. The unique Twin Core design retaining the OEM intercooler. 

Gained 10-15 BHP increase on a stock car with over 15 -20 Degree drop in ambient cooling temperatures. Package will include all necessary hardware and instructions for installation. 

Dyno proven horsepower and torque gains with high flow cast end tanks ensuring optimum air  transition for cooling efficiency. NO CUTTING of any part of the vehicle is required to fit this product.

The unique Forge Silicon hoses supplied in the Twintercooler kit were designed on  Solid works. They have been created  to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Flurosilicone. 

This liner means that the hoses are suitable for use with modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) and oil mist. 

The use of a Flurosilicone liner ensures that  Forge Motorsport silicon hoses are the best, longest lasting and the preferred choice of the discerning car enthusiasts. 

The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments and will enhance any engine bay, both technically and aesthetically.

The Forge Motorsports Quickshifter for Audi, VW, SEAT and Skoda FMVAG5QS, once installed will allow you to shorten the movement of your gear shift.

This measure will obtain the optimum shifting times required for performance driving. 

You can personally customise the throw to suit your own preference due to an infinitely adjustable pivot mechanism. 

The Forge Motorsports Quickshifter for Audi, VW, SEAT and Skoda FMVAG5QS will fit VW/ Audi/ SEAT/ Skoda (VAG) vehicles with the 5 speed transverse gear boxes (2000 onwards). 

This product has two sizes of pin and one ball fitment, to ensure that it will match the various possible cables found on these vehicles.

Forge Motorsport Quickshifter will also fit the 6 speed 1.4 litre Twincharged engines as found in the Golf Mk5 , Golf Mk6 and Scirocco. 

On these vehicles it replaces the OEM part No. 1K0 711 046M.

This WILL NOT fit vehicles with AGU engine code.

**Performance Gain: 11-16hp, 12-17ft-lb At The Wheels

1. The Audi B9 RS4/RS5 Eventuri intake- give less restrictive airflow to the turbo whilst maintaining low inlet temperatures. 

2. The RS5/RS4 engine bay becomes heat soaked very quickly- having an open cone system would result in better airflow but with higher inlet temperatures. 

3. Eventuri completely re-engineered the inlet track from the turbo inlet pipe to the front grill with a highly efficient sealed system. 

5. The restrictive stock airbox and flexible plastic inlet pipe have been replaced with a Venturi filter housing and a duct system with smooth transitions. 

6. Removing the convoluted stock inlet pipe and replacing it with one-piece Venturi housing and solid tube will make the airflow much smoother as it enters the turbo inlet tube. 


**The Eventuri Difference

The B9 RS4/RS5 Eventuri system uses Eventuri Patent Pending Carbon fibre Housings with bespoke Gen-2 filter.

It will provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the inlet tubes.

**Product Notes.
A. Due to the large variety of rotated turbo kits on the market, AMS cannot guarantee fitment with every brand. Depending on the turbo location and sizing, interference with the cylinder 3 intake runner is possible.

B. Some port matching may be required when used in conjunction with CNC or hand ported cylinder heads.

C. The intake manifold is available with a standard or optional reverse throttle body orientation, allowing for more direct intercooler pipe routing.

D. Larger throttle bodies can be used with proper modifications (Up to 70mm with minor porting) (Larger throttle bodies may also require adapter flanges)

E. The intake manifold is flanged for 04+ STI drive by wire throttle bodies, but cable throttle bodies can be used with custom fitting and flange adapter.

F. Standard configuration intercooler piping will need mild custom fabrication due to placement of throttle body.

G. Reversed configuration requires the relocation of the alternator and removal of the A/C compressor. 

H. Installation is not a direct bolt on and will require custom intercooler piping.

The intake manifold is designed to use a common Subaru aftermarket top feed injector size (48mm overall length / 11mm inlet, standard Subaru rail size / 14mm outlet).

It is recommend the use of Injector Dynamics brand injectors as Standard Subaru style injectors cannot be used (Side Feeds, Stock STI Style Injectors). Not compatible with side feed to top feed conversion rails. 

Requires aftermarket rails and lines, will not fit with stock. Not compatible with top mount intercoolers.Not directly compatible with mounting the factory upper coolant reservoir. 

Custom bracket will need to be fabricated to mount. The bottom of the center plenum features four 1/8” and one 1/4” NPT ports for vacuum accessories.

The 2008+ STI may require mild clearance of A/C compressor line.
