Walton Motorsport Mazda MX5 Exhaust Manifold – (BP4W Engine) is different from competitors due its unique construction method.

This manifold for BP4W engine is  compatible with minor piping route modification and will add boost significantly. 

MX5 EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONSTRUCTION
Material Selection:
• Utilize the 304 Stainless steel 
• Design the head flanges in-house and outsource the precision Fiber Laser Cutting. 

• Push the tubing through the head flange and TIG weld each side. This process dramatically increases the durability of the manifold, rather than using the traditional method of welding the tube to the face of the flange. 

• The collector used is a custom billet merge collector. In-house design to exceed the performance of previous market-leading hand-fabricated version. 

Walton had utilized the complex 5-axis mill production process. This is a step above the competition by allowing precision boost control on Walton unique wastegate ports. 

The machining process over traditional fabrication ensures that there is no danger of small fragments breaking off at high temperatures that may propagate to that expensive turbo.
