Torque Solution Spherical Pendulum Mount (Dog Bone) Volkswagen MK5 MK6 / Audi A3/S3 8P SKU: TQSTS-VW-022-S

The Torque Solution Spherical Pendulum Mount (Dog Bone) is an aftermarket performance component designed for various Volkswagen MK5 MK6 and Audi A3/S3 8P models.

Its primary function is to reduce engine movement and drivetrain slop, enhancing power delivery to the wheels.

Key Features:

  • Enhanced Performance: By minimizing wheel hop and traction loss, this mount aims to improve 60-foot times and overall elapsed times.
  • Durable Construction: Manufactured from CNC Billet Aluminum with a black anodized finish, it features a spherical bearing bushing for improved drivetrain stability.
  • Compatibility: This mount is compatible with all aftermarket Dog Bone inserts and is designed for use with both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Included Components: The kit includes the assembled billet pendulum mount and necessary grade 10.9 zinc hex bolts and washers for installation.

Vehicle Fitment:

  • Volkswagen Golf / GLI / GTI / Jetta / R32 / EOS / Rabbit MK5: Models from 2005 to 2009.
  • Volkswagen Golf / GLI / GTI / Jetta / R20 / EOS MK6: Models from 2010 to 2013.
  • Audi A3/S3 8P: Models from 2006 to 2013.

Installation Recommendations:

It’s highly recommended to install this mount with a urethane dog bone insert to enhance the longevity of the OEM rubber dog bone mount.

Be aware that upgrading to a solid engine mount may increase noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), but it will also reduce engine movement, improving power transfer to the ground.

Warranty:

Torque Solution offers a limited lifetime warranty on this product, ensuring reliability and performance over time.
