1. This is a short shifter made by Hybrid Racing. You can feel the pleasant shift stroke of the short shift due to the higher rigidity than the genuine one. 

2. You can set the best shift layout by adjusting the height of the shift lever, front and back and left and right positions. 

3. The shift body is a combination of billet aluminum and stainless steel compared to genuine resin and has been tested on the circuit for durability and reliability. 

4. It is recommended to use it together with the shift wire rigid collar.
