Mitsubishi had chosen to use the lash adjuster (hydraulic system) for the 4G63 cylinder head for mass production efficiency, maintenance free and quieter operation. 

The best way to get more power from the 4G63 engine is to convert it to the solid system which is by far more superior in allowing running more aggressive camshaft profiles. 

The Solid conversion helps with more efficient opening and closing of the valves and therefore helps improve response throughout higher RPM ranges. 

This product uses internal shims to adjust the height. The kit includes 2.500 shims for . each pivot (various shim sizes are available and sold separately).

Note: SEEKER air duct has a performance-oriented layout. There is no problem with running in the rain, but never run in a flooded state where a large amount of water enters through the duct opening. It is dangerous because it may lead to serious troubles such as engine damage.

This is an excellence all alloy radiator for the Renault Megane RS250/ 265/ 275. This is a brilliant yet practical solution for the well known coolant temperature issues due to the original fitment radiator.

The stock Renault Megane radiator has a major design flaw; the inlet and outlet are in a straight line across the core. At high engine rpm when you need the most cooling, the maximum flow is straight across the core, missing out about 75% of the volume. 

Worse still, the 25% of the core with good flow is directly behind the crash bar and gets no direct airflow. Forge Motorsports engineers have maximised the surface area and utilised a high efficiency radiator core with a unique flow enhancement for this.

This is to ensure that the coolant passes evenly across the entire core and that the area of restricted airflow (behind the crash bumper) is well taken care of.

The design was great and Forge Motorsports sent this for an independent testing. It had achieved a reduction of 20°C in peak water temperatures and also a drop of 15 °C in oil temperatures on the track. A significant result for a great commitment from Forge Motorsports team.
