1. This HKS intake system is a set of cold air intake, carbon suction pipe and intake duct engineered for Toyota GR86 ZN8/ Subaru BRZ ZD8 FA24.

 2. Adopts the traditional high performance air cleaner "Super Power Flow (Φ150-80 wet type 2 layers)" to improve intake efficiency. 

3. By storing the Super Power Flow main body in the box, the influence of hot air in the engine room can be suppressed and the intake air temperature can be kept low and stable. 

4. The installation position of the air flow meter has not been changed from the stock position to meet the stock control, while the second intake duct has been added to reduce the ventilation resistance during intake. 

5. Carbon suction pipe used 3K* twill weave carbon prepreg* on the surface and UD* prepreg on the inside using a hot press manufacturing method. 

6. A silicone bag is used inside the pipe, and the hardening process is performed at high pressure and high temperature. This achieves high strength in addition to the smooth inner surface of the pipe. 

7. This will allow air to flow smoothly while maintaining sufficient strength. The connection with the intake box is made of silicon, which has sufficient resistance to the high temperature of the engine room. 

8. The smooth inner surface reduces the occurrence of inhalation resistance. In addition, the core wire is placed in the center to suppress deformation due to negative pressure and improve reliability.

9. Air intake duct Intake resistance is reduced by adopting a one-piece structure with no joints inside by blow molding. 

10. To reduce the resistance at the maximum flow rate, the narrowest part is equivalent to about Φ87.5mm, whereas the genuine one is about Φ50mm.

Verus Engineering started the rear wing design with a clean slate approach, utilizing own airfoil profile created using ANSYS' adjoint solver. 

Resulted the born of a great wing that is highly efficient, generates significant downforce appropriate for the typical track day goer and street enthusiast. 

By utilizing a swan neck mounting style, Verus Engineering is able to keep efficiency up by feeding the wing clean airflow, unlike typical bottom mount rear wings.

The low drag force produced by this wing is perfect for the ZN6/ ZC6 chassis due to the limited horsepower the FA20 produces in stock form. 

This means corner speeds will increase without a large hit to straight-line top speed, an equilibrium of performance between corners and straight-line.
