This is a high-performance Charge-Air Cooler Manifold to the B58 platform (Mk5 Supra and BMW models) brought to you by CSF.

Requires more than 1500 hours of design, development, machining and testing. CSF, along with partners VF Engineering (USA) and Custom Plenum Creations (Australia) had built this state-of-the-art CNC machined Charged-Air Cooler Manifold to life.

This Charged-Air Cooler Manifold from CSF had solved what has been commonly known as a weak link of an otherwise impressive B58 new engine platform.

It was built with a larger and more efficient water-to-air intercooler performance, lower pressure drop across the system included fuel rail, kit for top feed port injection and several other industry-leading features.

This CSF Super Charged-Air Cooler Manifold will allow B58 owners to maximize the performance of their vehicles and push the limits further from this new B58 platform.

The newer 2nd gen B58 engine found in the Mk5 Supra been proven to be an incredible platform for performance enthusiasts around the globe.

They are pushing through the 1000WHP mark on their B58 powered vehicles with this superb CSF manifold.

The OEM water-cooled charge air cooler intake manifold for the B58 engine is adequate in cars with little or no modifications, however its weakness was noticed in cars with bolt-on mods, turbo upgrades, increased fueling (such as port injection) and performance tuning. 

The OEM intercooler system has also been known to suffer from heat soak in demanding racing conditions such as time attack, endurance racing, drag racing, drifting and even spirited street driving. 

This can cause the car to pull timing out of the engine due to high intake air temperatures (IATs). It can also cause "limp mode" once temperatures reach a certain threshold, as the vehicle’s ECU attempts to protect the engine.

The CSF #8200B comes in a Thermal Black Heat Dispersion finish. Also available in raw billet aluminum (CSF #8200) & in custom colors/finishes (CSF #8200C).

This is not your basic TD04 CHRA. VTT had completely changed the bearing structure to an 8mm turbine shaft and journal bearing. This makes it larger than anything in the TD04 MHI family, this is truly a custom unit.

Toyota GR Supra has a launch control to allow an excellent start. The stock suspension is set to assure traction in front and rear for multiple situation. 

However, the MAX IV SP DRAG is specifically designed to provide traction on the rear tire and firmly maintain that traction.   
Bump rubber is attached to the rear shock in order to cope with the higher power and higher grip expected in the future as it has effect on another spring.

The special billet aluminum upper plate at rear shock was made lightweight and the straight wound spring was used at both front and rear that allow for easy spring rates change.

Garrett GT2871R-15 Turbocharger  comes with wastegate actuator (12-14psi). This GT2871R uses Garrett GT technology. 

This is an excellence Dual Ball Bearing GT2871R style turbo assembly with T25 style turbine inlet and S15 front compressor housing. 

The internal wastegate pre-assembled and is a direct bolt on replacement for S14/S15 T28 turbochargers

This turbo will produce 375 horsepower to the wheels in an SR20DET equipped with the right supporting modifications. 

Full boost can be achieved as low as 3800 rpm with the .64 a/r T25 style exhaust housing.

This Garrett Bolt-On turbo is excellence for small displacement engines up to 2.2L and has the ultimate spool up time compared to other units. This turbo may handle flow capacity of 400HP. 

The Garrett GT2871R is a "plug & play" ball bearing turbo for Nissan SR20DET. It will move sufficient air for a 400HP horsepower machine and fits in place of the original.

1. Fidanza Aluminum Flywheels are made from the highest quality 6061 T6 aluminum. 

2. The material is fantastic for strength, heat dissipation and of gives good reduction in weight. 

3. The friction surface used is an incredibly strong 1045 steel. The flywheel friction plates are milled to meet extremely high specifications. 

4. A Fidanza aluminum flywheel can mate with any type of clutch material, including organic, kevlar, ceramic, metallic and sintered iron.
