1. These are the upgraded Custom Age 625+ Headstuds from ARP.
2. They are stronger than the standard ARP Headstuds for the Supra and are recommended for high horsepower applications.
3. When rebuilding an engine, there are several stock parts you wont want to reuse like headstuds.
4. Stock headstuds stretch over time and even more so each time they are re-tightened.
5. If headstuds stretch, headgaskets can blow and possibly even worse thing may happen.
6. Racing will put more strain on the engine than it was meant to handle from the factory, it is normal for stock headstuds to stretch in high horsepower applications.
7. Headstuds are a low cost item but extremely important to differentiate between blowing a headgasket or not.
8. Use ARP Headstuds for your best engine build is advisable.
