Supertech Forged Aluminum Pistons RB20DET 8.5:1

1. Design with CAD software and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure super efficient high strength and lightweight pistons for each application.

2. The Supertech pistons are built from an enhanced 4032 alloy with extruded high silicon.

3. Other metal compositions were added such as copper, nickel and magnesium for few benefits:

- To prevent thermal expansion 

- To give excellence wear characteristic 

- To increase thermal conductivity 

4. Supertech pistons are manufactured in Argentina with European technology with 2-3 steps forging process and few heat treatment to achieve high tensile strength.

5. This is a great horsepower improvement mechanism from Supertech for RB20DET. Each piston is protected with phosphate dry lubricant for better ring protection from micro welding. At same time to improve lubrication.

6. Note: Supertech pistons did not include rings.
