DINAN HIGH PERFORMANCE INTERCOOLER - 2011-2013 BMW 3-SERIES D330-0015

 

1. The Dinan intercooler gives a magnificent 93% increase of flow.

2. Observed greater power achievement with this larger high performance intercooler.

3. Reduce the pressure drop by 0.7 psi that increased the efficiency of the heat exchange.

4. Reduce "Cool down" to produce full power under various driving mode.

5. As a direct replacement for the stock unit, only minor modifications needed. 

6. This intercooler produced 5HP additional horsepower with Stage 2 Performance Engine Software. 

7. Improved thermal efficiency will enhance turbocharger reliability. 

8. The intercooler may also be used with the Dinan oil cooler and Stage 3 Engine Software with increased boost pressure for better efficiency. 

9. Dyno results for Stage 3 engine software Dinan Intercooler, Dinan Oil Cooler and Free Flow Exhaust:

- Peak power of 398 HP @ 5700 RPM

- 429 TRQ @ 4300 RPM.

10. Features:
- Replaces factory intercooler with 2x larger intercooler.
- Intercooler includes shrouds to direct air to cooler and avoid spillage.

NOTE:
Not compatible with the M-Tech bumper for the E92/E93 335i application. Nor is the intercooler compatible with vehicles equipped with Active Cruise Control.
